The year 1986 is a special tour-year as Bob Dylan was traveling round the world with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. The concerts were powerful and were special because of the rock and roll covers that were performed and the tight connection between Dylan and the Heartbreakers. This is as good a quality as live concerts can get. As it was mastered directly from a Westwood One CD for broadcast, the quality is utter perfection. It is a great example of the early days of this tour.
